Payment is required 48 hours prior to your yard sign rental installation. Customers are responsible for any missing, stolen, or damaged lawn display items and will be invoiced accordingly. For everyone’s safety, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our event signage is not designed to support the weight of children or adults leaning, sitting, climbing, or playing on them. Please do not move, remove, throw away, damage, or vandalize any display items. All signs and display pieces are the property of Timeless Yard Sign Displays. Please protect the display from damage caused by lawnmowers, string trimmers, dogs, sprinklers, flying debris, or other hazards. If you have lawn service scheduled, please arrange for them to come before we set up your display. Do not attach balloons or other items to any part of the display, as they may cause damage. We encourage you to take photos next to the display, but please do not pull signs from the ground or move any items. Timeless Yard Sign Displays and its representatives are not responsible or liable for injury or damage to any person or personal property during setup, display time, or removal.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you may keep the full amount as credit toward a future booking date, based on availability. In the event of inclement weather, we may be unable to set up the display. This includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, or any other act of nature that may place our team or display in harm’s way. We will make every effort to notify you and make other arrangements when possible.
No refunds will be given due to:
- Wrong address provided.
- Homeowner requesting removal of the display.
- Denied access to a gated community.
- Animals preventing setup.
- Any situation outside of our control that prevents setup.
- Lawn was not properly watered, and we cannot get stakes in the ground.
By placing an order with Timeless Yard Sign Displays, you agree to all rental policies stated above.
Lawn Maintenance
To ensure a successful installation of your yard sign rental, it's required to water your lawn for 30 minutes to 1 hour either the evening before or on the day of your scheduled installation. Our yard signs require stakes to be inserted at least 6 inches into the ground. If the ground is too hard and we are unable to install the stakes to the required depth, we will not be able to set up your yard sign.
